Variety Gifts offers shipping for 18+ smoking products and accessories purchased through www.varietygifts.com.au. This Shipping Policy details our shipping procedures, costs, and delivery expectations.

1. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship within Australia only, due to restrictions on smoking products.
  • All orders require age verification to comply with 18+ regulations.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
  • Free shipping for orders above $100.
  • Orders Less than $100 are subject to a $9.99 fee.
  • Express Orders cost a flat fee of $14.99 (Subject on weight)

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders after 2:00 PM AWST may process the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days within Australia, depending on location.
  • Express Shipping: 1-4 business days for select locations (extra fees apply).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or remote locations.

5. Age Verification

  • Orders require age verification at checkout and may require ID upon delivery to confirm the recipient is 18+.
  • Failure to verify age may result in order cancellation and refund.

6. Tracking and Delivery

  • A tracking number is emailed upon shipment.
  • We use trusted carriers (e.g., Australia Post). Delivery requires a signature unless you authorize otherwise (where permitted).

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost or damaged orders. We will work with the carrier to provide a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
  • Inspect packages upon receipt and report issues promptly.

8. Undeliverable Orders

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you for redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Unclaimed orders are refunded (minus shipping costs) after 30 days.
