does my age matter with these products?

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this site. We do not sell or promote products intended for use with cannabis or any illegal substances. how do i see my order?

when should I receive my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Online orders are usually processed within 1-2 Business Days. For transit, please allow 2-4 Business Days depending on your location. Alternatively you can select store pick up for next business day delivery. Shipping policy > here
Can i return a faulty product?

Due to the nature of 18+ products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns unless required by Australian Consumer Law. But you can return defective, damaged, or misdescribed products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, subject to inspection.

can i buy online and then pickup in store?

Yes you can. We have four locations all around Perth and we have built-in options where you can select store pickup on the checkout. We should have the product ready within 24 hours. Please call the store to double check we have your order ready before collecting. See Stores > here
