Variety Gifts strives for customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions for returns and refunds for 18+ smoking products and accessories purchased from www.varietygifts.com.au or our physical stores.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Defective or Damaged Products: Return defective, damaged, or misdescribed products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, subject to inspection.
  • Incorrect Orders: If we send the wrong product, notify us within 7 days for a replacement or refund at no cost.
  • Change of Mind: Due to the nature of 18+ products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, opened, or non-original condition products (unless defective).
  • Products restricted by health, safety, or legal regulations.

3. Return Process

  • Contact us within the applicable time frame (14 days for defective/damaged, 7 days for incorrect orders) at support@varietygifts.com.au.
  • Provide order number, proof of purchase, and issue details (e.g., photos of damage).
  • Return products to a listed location or via a prepaid shipping label (if applicable). You cover return shipping unless the issue is our error.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

5. Australian Consumer Law

  • Our goods come with Australian Consumer Law guarantees, entitling you to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for foreseeable losses. You may also have goods repaired or replaced for non-major failures.
