Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Online orders are usually processed within 1-2 Business Days. Can i return a faulty product?
Due to the nature of 18+ products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns unless required by Australian Consumer Law. But you can return defective, damaged, or misdescribed products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, subject to inspection.
